He has served as Associate Editor of the Alexandria Engineering Journal (Elsevier) and as a reviewer for leading IEEE, Elsevier, and IOP journals. An IEEE Senior Member, he is the founding Chair of the IEEE Qingdao AP/MTT/COM Joint Chapter and a member of the International Steering Committee of the IEEE International Workshop on Electro-Magnetics (iWEM), where he also served as General Chair.
